FAQ’s

Local and International Shipping Policy

 
We currently ship orders from both Australia and New Zealand, depending on the product. All orders will be shipped via AUS/NZ Postal Economy Services or an international courier service, whichever is less. Please allow 5-10 working days for your goods to reach their destination.
 
Your package maybe subject to local customs/duties charges depending on where it is shipped to. TIKIMAN is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. TIKIMAN cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.
 
If there are any customs/duties to pay the freight service will contact you and require payment before they can deliver your order. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” or alter the value of your order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

  • How much will shipping cost me?

All freight will be calculated on a flat fee basis depending on the number of items.  TIKIMAN will also offer freight FREE incentives online with specific promotions. The main shipping provider will be Australia Postal Services.

  • Can I track my shipment?

Yes we will send you a Postal tracking number when your order is sent. You will then be able to track every movement of your order on the Post Office websites.

     

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Local deliveries will take 5 -10 working days & all international orders depending on country will be delivered within 10 -14 working days from dispatch.

TIKIMAN Return Policy
 
• You may return all eligible products you have ordered from TIKIMAN within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Products not eligible for return will be indicated on the product page.
• All items listed as Run out Sale items will not be eligible for return. Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it.
• Items that are not eligible for return will be clearly marked as Run Out Sale items on the Product page.
• If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 14 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
• The TIKIMAN Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
• All return costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Refunds or TIKIMAN Credits will be processed after the goods have been received.
• We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at Email Us
• In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to Email Us with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You must Email Us if any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please Email Us so that we can assist you.
• Items marked Run Out Sale cannot be returned.
• All returns are subject to the discretion of TIKIMAN.
